With a shimmering blue lagoon framed by a crescent of powdery white shingle, it's easy to see why Olu Deniz is a photographer's paradise. Nestled at the foot of tree-studded hills, the resort centre is as laid back as the tranquil turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. A handful of shops, bars and restaurants are scattered amongst the welcoming hotels, yet nightlife is low-key and centred around the cafés and bars that fringe the lagoon.
